Before You Start

Stable WiFi Required

You need a stable internet connection to download the eSIM profile.

Activate at Destination

Turn on data roaming only when you've arrived at your destination to start using data.

Keep Phone Charged

Ensure your phone has sufficient battery during the installation process.

Keep Primary SIM

Your physical SIM will continue to work for calls and SMS. Use eSIM for data.

Installation Steps for iPhone

Open Your Email

Find the email from Seyra containing your eSIM QR code. Open it on a different device than the one you'll install the eSIM on.

Tip:Make sure you have a stable WiFi connection during installation.

Go to Settings

On your iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

Tip:For iPhone XS and later models with iOS 12.1 or higher.

Scan the QR Code

Select "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code from the email. Alternatively, you can enter the details manually.

Tip:Keep the QR code visible on the other device screen.

Label Your Plan

Give your new eSIM a recognizable name like "Seyra Bali" or "Travel Data" to easily identify it.

Tip:This helps manage multiple cellular plans.

Set Default Line

Select "Primary" for calls and messages to keep using your main number. Select your new eSIM for mobile data.

Tip:This ensures you receive calls on your regular number.

Configure Data Settings

Turn OFF "Allow Mobile Data Switching" to avoid unexpected roaming charges on your primary line.

Tip:Enable data roaming only when you arrive at your destination.

Ready to Activate?

Once you've installed your eSIM, remember to enable Data Roaming when you arrive at your destination. Go to Settings → Cellular → your eSIM → and turn on Data Roaming.
