Seyra provides eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles for mobile data connectivity in Indonesia, specifically catering to Bali, Lombok, and Nusa Tenggara regions. Our services are subject to network availability and device compatibility.
To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our store.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing an eSIM plan. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
Please note that once an eSIM QR code has been generated and sent to you, it cannot be refunded. Exceptions may be made in cases of proven technical failure on our part preventing the eSIM from functioning, subject to investigation.
Seyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
